I am a Cornish designer-maker and graduated from Falmouth College of Arts in 2005. My work is an eclectic mix of femininity; all pieces are dressed up in various pretty patterns that enhance their forms. All my work is hand-made using slab earthenware clay that has been multi-fired. My jugs have a graceful appearance with the emphasis on the handle, patterns range from flowers to spots in various colours. My work is always evolving and my most recent additions include a selection of butterfly relief vases as well as heart mugs and trinket boxes. My unique ceramic jewellery range is produced in collaboration with my daughter, Zoë, whose background in design has helped produce chunky bracelets, pretty dainty earrings, rings, necklaces and various brooches.
